Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including minimum 2 years as an Enterprise Architect
  • Extensive experience managing projects of various sizes across diverse platforms, including Microsoft, Java, DW/BI, Mobility, and Middleware
  • Expertise in guiding teams on cutting-edge technologies such as Microservices, Cloud/Multi-Cloud Stacks, NoSQL, CMS, and PowerApps
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain would be a plus
  • Proven experience in the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications. Specialization in Data Flow Diagrams, Design Patterns, and architectural styles such as Microservices, SOA, and REST is essential
  • Hands-on experience with executing enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure Cloud Architect, AWS Solution Architect, or Togaf Certified

Responsibilities

  • Assist project delivery teams in architecture/design reviews, providing technical solutions, application design, data flow diagrams, deployment strategy, database design, code reviews, usability reviews, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive solution design, requirement analysis, concept building, architectural analysis/reviews, estimation, project management, planning, and tracking. Provide expert advice, guidance, and resolution of ambiguities and issues to empower teams and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Support the product engineering teams in various capacities (Solution architect/Integration architect/Data architect) by driving complex enterprise solutions, accelerators, and creating knowledge repositories to improve delivery efficiency
  • Assist the CTO’s office in standardizing technology directions, make build vs. buy vs. reuse decisions, and conduct tool evaluations to ensure strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization
  • Facilitate technical and technology-related discussions within the Architecture Review Board (ARB). Ensure that prospective solutions are thoroughly reviewed and approved for implementation to maintain effective architecture governance and build consistency across the organization
