Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or related roles, including leadership in complex enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Product to Revenue (P2R) processes, frameworks, and solutions
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Sage, AWS, Azureโ€ฆ) and integrating disparate systems
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in enterprise architecture methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including data modeling, process mapping, and solution road mapping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead architecture governance, review technical designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall Product to Cash strategy in alignment with business goals, processes, IT strategy, and industry best practices
  • Lead the overarching design, integration, and implementation approach of scalable IT systems and applications. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the companyโ€™s long-term objectives
  • Work closely with business leaders, product teams, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide guidance on the adoption of cloud computing, data management, and application development
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, ensuring that architectural decisions are consistently applied across the organization and project
  • Identify potential risks in technology and processes, developing mitigation strategies to address them
  • Provide mentoring to architects, consultants, and engineers, ensuring the team is empowered to make technical decisions that support the broad system architecture and vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud architectures, including integrations across Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
  • Experience leading organizational change and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive technology adoption and process improvements
  • Knowledge of additional Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and MuleSoft
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, with an emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Application Architect, or Salesforce System Architect
  • Experience with advanced architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain as they pertain to enterprise-level solutions
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2, in cloud-based architectures
