Join Xebia, a global leader in digital solutions, as an experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in IT Service Management. This strategic role involves aligning tools and IT services with organizational goals, stakeholder needs, and certification requirements. You will shape and maintain the ITSM domain architecture, evaluate and oversee supporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), contribute to strategic planning using the Flight Levels System Architecture, collaborate with technical teams and architects, and ensure ISO compliance. The position focuses on enterprise-level architecture, not hands-on cloud work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, strong TOGAF and Archimate knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Work is based in the European Union.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect (not a Solutions Architect)
  • Strong knowledge of TOGAF and proficiency in Archimate modeling (certification optional)
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM and tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Understanding of ISO-compliant environments
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture
  • Fluent English, knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

  • Shape and maintain a coherent architecture for the ITSM domain
  • Evaluating, selecting, and overseeing tools and solutions supporting ITSM (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asset Management)
  • Contributing to strategic planning based on the Flight Levels System Architecture (three levels of architectural planning)
  • Collaborating with technical component teams and fellow enterprise architects
  • Communicating with diverse stakeholders and aligning their needs with the architectural vision
  • Ensuring compliance of tools and services with ISO certification standards
  • Balancing the development of new capabilities with the need to reduce technical debt

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT Asset Management solutions
  • Familiarity with Flight Levels Architecture in practice
  • Previous experience working in academic, research, or public sector settings
