Enterprise Business Development Representative

Summary

Join enosix and skip the corporate ladder by building your own elevator! In this BDR role, you'll earn a total compensation of $75k-$100k in your first year, with potential to reach $120k-$200k in year two. The position is based in Chicago, but remote work is welcome. Your mission is to generate a $10M+ pipeline in 18 months, mastering fundamentals in the first six months, owning accounts in months 7-12, and leading campaigns and mentoring others in months 13-18. Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years BDR/SDR with consistent quota achievement
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, AI tools
• Coachable and obsessed with improvement
• Data-driven decision making
• Genuinely curious about business problems
• Competitive but collaborative

Responsibilities

• Master fundamentals, 40+ meetings/quarter
• Own accounts, $2M+ pipeline quarterly
• Lead campaigns, mentor others, get promoted
• Pipeline Generation
• 50+ enterprise meetings/quarter with AI tools
• Target Fortune 500 (manufacturing, healthcare, retail)
• Generate $2M+ qualified pipeline
• Executive Engagement
• Connect with C-suite controlling 7-figure budgets
• Conduct discovery calls, quality technical needs
• Hand off warm opportunities to AEs
• Strategic Outreach
• Multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video)
• Research decision-makers with ZoomInfo + Sales Navigator
• Partner with Marketing on account-based campaigns
