As an Enterprise Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing products, tools, and services that empower Tailor's employees. You will work on designing and implementing solutions that optimize the company's IT systems and operations, using Tailor's unique and client-need-specific custom products.

Requirements

• Understand and empathize with Tailor's mission and values
• Have experience in web application development as a software engineer
• Design and develop applications based on requirements, and perform performance tuning
• Be interested in business efficiency improvement

Responsibilities

• Support information system business
• Develop design and execution of product, tool, and service for Tailor's employees
• Build and lead Enterprise Engineering team to support Tailor's business growth
