Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise customers (6,7 or 8 figure account sizes)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions and integrations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute enterprise-level implementations, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the implementation process, building trust and fostering strong relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Partner with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and goals, tailoring the Wisedocs solution to meet their unique needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering, to deliver seamless implementations
  • Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Establish and refine implementation frameworks and best practices to drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process, leveraging feedback from clients and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, using insights to optimize future implementations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to maximize the value of the Wisedocs solution
  • Provide hands-on support to address questions, manage change, and resolve issues during the onboarding process
  • Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to Customer Success, setting clients up for long-term success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
