Enterprise Marketing Manager

Summary

The job is a full-time Enterprise Marketing role at Halborn, a globally distributed cybersecurity company in the cryptocurrency industry. The role involves leading content initiatives, developing new content lines, creating B2B nurture campaigns, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, executing on various processes, optimizing content from data-driven analysis, proposing tools for automation, and producing enterprise events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Marketing ( Financial sector. , B2B preferred)
• 5+ years of experience on project management
• Impeccable organization to keep track of processes, progress and communicate results
• Ability to manage own time and priorities
• Very strong communication skills
• Proactiveness and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work with various teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity
• Willingness to work in an asynchronous environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Marketing’s content initiatives throughout the content lifecycle
• Develop new content lines for Halborn’s Enterprise GTM strategy
• Create B2B nurture campaigns for Prospects (MQL -> SQL)
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders, especially Marketing and Sales
• Execute on necessary processes from the content lifecycle including: copywriting, graphic design and video editing
• Enterprise events production: plan, create content & designs, manage speakers, manage communications, manage sponsors and ticketing all the way to on-site event operation
• Optimize content from data-driven analysis
• Propose tools to implement automation throughout marketing processes

• Coding
• Salesforce / MCAE (Pardot) experience
