Summary
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will analyze sales pipeline health, develop and execute campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own regional marketing targets. The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in a B2B field marketing role, excellent project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in a B2B field marketing role
- Understands Red Canary's overall strategy and partners with cross-functional teams to shape a joint strategy and experience planning and implementing marketing programs with cross-functional partners
- Creative and innovative thinking with a willingness to take risk, iterate and learn
- Proactively engages in forward thinking and innovative initiatives in the business and scales them to their own work
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse sets of stakeholders
- Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized, detailed focused, results-driven, and accountable
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors and team members at all skill levels of the org
- Owns event execution and leads others (direct and indirect) to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of the work; proactively identifies and leads work streams to achieve goals
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and think through problems to come up with innovative solutions; excellent problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors and budgets
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM application(s), Tableau and Marketo
- Experience with planning and carrying out multiple, sophisticated marketing programs and working towards strategic goals
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales pipeline health
- Develop relevant insights and craft, execute, and measure campaigns and events to build and progress sales pipeline within your region
- Collaborate and connect with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure you are actively sharing feedback from the field to influence upcoming programs and campaigns
- Have complete ownership of your region's marketing campaigns, events, and programs, from beginning to end
- Plan, build, and execute event concepts and campaigns based on target customer data
- Implement programs while using creativity and expertise to develop outstanding scalable, digitally led and in person experiences to drive new logos
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of event/campaign demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion against the agreed pipeline goals
- Own regional pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel, and conversion metrics for go-to-market, as well as the teamβs efforts to improve and optimize
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program results and findings for your campaigns and events; aggregate results weekly, monthly and quarterly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise account-based marketing (ABM)and sophisticated accounts preferred
