Enterprise Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Product Manager III, Enterprise role at EasyPost, a rapidly growing company focused on simplifying shipping. The role involves overseeing the delivery of a new solution aimed at a new user segment, collaborating with internal stakeholders, defining product requirements, driving product development, and measuring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or software engineering background required
• 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience

Responsibilities

• Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for enterprise shipper experiences
• Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry
• Understand internal and external stakeholder needs, discover user pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements
• Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and program managers
• Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product efforts
• Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
• Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer or having developers as customers
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences
• Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
