You will be responsible for developing business cases, articulating requirements, facilitating events, and engaging directly with clients. This position requires a strong background in product management, experience in the B2B sector, and familiarity with security and privacy regulations. Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university
- 5+ years of product management or relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully shipped AI/ML products, especially in facial recognition or liveness detection
- Demonstrable experience in the B2B sector, ideally within Fintech, Identity, or Security projects
- Experience with key security concepts, including secure by design, OWASP best practices
- Familiarity with laws around biometrics and identity, security and privacy
- Exceptional English communication skills; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Proven ability to work with technical teams, manage product lifecycles, and execute projects successfully
- A dynamic, fast-learning individual capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to deployment, focusing on delivering exceptional value to Enterprise customers and US Public Sector
- Lead the development and enhancement of platform authentication protocols, APIs, and developer documentation, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and scalable
- Oversee compliance with security, data privacy, GDPR, and other relevant regulations, working closely with security, privacy, legal and compliance teams to ensure product features meet all regulatory requirements
- Develop and advocate for the business case for product improvements and innovations
- Articulate complex requirements into actionable plans for development teams
- Facilitate both external and internal product-related events
- Foster strong collaborations with engineering, design, and data science teams to leverage insights and deliver solutions
- Engage directly with B2B clients and end-users to gather feedback and drive product evolution
- Communicate insights and strategies effectively to all stakeholders, maintaining a strong customer-centric approach
