Summary

The job is for an Enterprise Account Executive at dbt Labs based in the UK. The role involves growing the Enterprise customer base and setting the groundwork for sales. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years closing experience in technology sales, excellent communication skills, diligence, organizational skills, ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment, a passion for being an inclusive teammate, experience with SQL or willingness to learn, prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software, and knowledge of or prior experience with dbt. The compensation range is £209,000 - 228,000 (50/50 split) with equity stake, unlimited vacation, pension coverage, excellent healthcare, paid parental leave, wellness stipend, home office stipend, and more benefits.

Requirements

• 4+ years closing experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding annual targets
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organization (individual developer up to CTO)
• The diligence and organizational skills to work long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for our prospects
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software
• Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt
