Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the FX markets and with a focus on private equity and venture capital clients
  • Strong understanding of FX trading, risk management, and currency hedging strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide sound financial advice
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance standards in the financial industry

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective private equity and venture capital firms as potential clients
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their FX needs and offer customized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in FX markets
  • Provide clients with insights on currency market movements and their potential impact on investments
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's unique requirements
  • Propose and present tailored FX solutions that align with clients' investment strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management and hedging strategies to protect and enhance clients' portfolios
  • Thoroughly understand the full range of FX products and services offered by our company
  • Explain the benefits and features of our products to clients and demonstrate how they can add value to their operations
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as FX traders and market analysts, to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the private equity and venture capital sectors
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Benefits

Base pay starts at $250,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience and potential to contribute to new business
