Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience, preferably in recruitment or advertising
  • Proven experience in selling and consulting on pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies
  • Strong skills in building and leveraging industry and account relationships
  • Proven ability to engage in challenging conversations and handle objections
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Account Analysis : Conduct a comprehensive analysis of agency accounts, understanding key contacts, organizational structure, revenue potential, client base, initiatives, budget cycles, and historical and projected performance to identify expansion opportunities
  • Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with agency decision-makers, including account executives, account managers, and directors. Serve as the primary point of contact and influence buying behavior through strategic, consultative selling
  • Strategic Planning : Sync up with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans to manage and grow agency partnerships. Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Sales Team (Global Account Directors) to tailor ZipRecruiter solutions based on insights gathered from agencies and their end customers, ensuring a data-backed, results-oriented approach to each opportunity
  • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence : Manage responsibilities, delegate tasks, hold team members accountable, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence
  • Product Expertise : Develop deep expertise in ZipRecruiter's products and services to clearly articulate our unique value proposition, demo effectively, and handle objections with confidence during the sales cycle
  • Brand Building : Actively identify opportunities to enhance ZipRecruiter's presence and influence within agency organizations. Deliver training, facilitate executive engagements, and support co-marketing efforts to deepen partnership value
  • Market Insigh t: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to position ZipRecruiter as a leader in innovation and recruitment effectiveness. Use insights to refine your sales motion and inform product feedback
