Requirements

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in FX Sales, FX Brokerage, or a related field
• Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and institutional sales
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, global team
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to drive FX sales and brokerage activities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and client needs, presenting tailored solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, understanding their FX and brokerage requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Regularly update stakeholders on market trends, new product offerings, and competitive intelligence
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance visibility and relationships
