Summary

Join Sprout Social's Recruitment Team as an Enterprise Sales Recruiter and play a key role in supporting the company's rapid growth. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on enterprise sales, build robust talent pipelines, and attract world-class talent. Successfully close candidates by navigating offer negotiations and serve as a trusted talent advisor. Collaborate with various teams to improve recruitment strategies and refine hiring processes. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry, and a proven track record of achieving hiring goals. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and closing Enterprise Account Executives
  • A consistent track record of owning the entire recruiting process and meeting and exceeding hiring goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and functions, with the majority focus on enterprise sales
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens to build robust talent pipelines and move candidates quickly and efficiently through the hiring process
  • Find and attract world-class talent for Sprout Social through regular sourcing outreach
  • Successfully close candidates by navigating offer negotiations, including handling competing offers, to secure top talent
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor for the business and leadership; providing strategic guidance in matters relating to specific searches
  • Proactively communicate and solve challenges with candidates and hiring teams to achieve a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Manage data in recruitment tools and systems with the highest degree of data integrity
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Ops and Recruitment Leadership to develop, pilot, and drive process improvement and project management to elevate our recruitment strategy
  • Refine hiring processes by tracking and analyzing key recruiting metrics and provide proactive updates and insights into sourcing, talent mapping, and DEI efforts
  • Work closely with internal functions such as HRBP, Legal, and Workplace Experience as necessary to onboard candidates effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage talent
  • An ability to effectively influence change through data-driven research and thought partnership
  • Proven track record of leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to improve recruitment processes and achieve business objectives
  • Ability to break down complexity and deliver timely results under an ever-evolving environment
