Summary
Join CoreWeave's growing Sales Management team as a front-line manager leading a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives. You will provide coaching, guide strategic direction, and collaborate across various departments. This role demands experience building high-performing sales teams and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments. You will manage daily activities, create forecasts, and analyze performance data. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales or account management teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally with Enterprise companies
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience selling to Enterprise organizations as an individual contributor, with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Experience in cross-selling is a plus
- Strong executive presence β very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CTOs
- Proficient in using data and analytics for decision-making process improvement to scale the team and enhance efficiency
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with superior communication and presentation skills
- Ability to recruit top talent and thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and executing complex sales agreements
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of 3-5 Account Executives and provide them with mentorship
- Ensure the team exceeds goals in new business, upsell, renewals, retention, and activation
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performing team culture
- Enhance team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes
- Create forecasts and analyze performance data
- Develop and execute career development and leadership programs
- Oversee daily activities and quota performance management of individual Account Managers to ensure key performance metrics are met
- Build dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to monitor customer success and team performance
- Hire and train new Account Executives quickly on solutions, personas, competition, tools, training, and role-plays
- Coach and mentor on sales skills, call feedback, and lead enablement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a hyperscaler or a high-growth start-up
- Management of a team focused on new and existing business
