Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management
• 2+ years in Financial Services or in a Project Management based role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
• Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently
• Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely
• High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions
• Strong MS Office skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus

Responsibilities

• Defining detailed project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required
• Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading and serving as liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations
• Identifying problems and championing solutions
• Crafting post go-live roadmaps to ensure continued success
• Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries on our enterprise solutions
