Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in consulting, specializing in AI solutions with a proven track record of delivering successful projects to large enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (GenAI), and computer vision
  • Comprehensive knowledge of leading cloud platforms and enterprise IT infrastructure, with the ability to assess and recommend optimal configurations for AI solutions
  • Expertise in designing integrated solutions that combine professional services, business processes, and technical capabilities into a single comprehensive plan, meeting compliance requirements and aligning with enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong familiarity with key regulatory frameworks, including data privacy and protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills to evaluate alternative approaches, assess risks and rewards, and communicate recommendations effectively
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery of results within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Adept at tailoring communication to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and internal stakeholders, to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and precision in all deliverables
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity, consistently maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Responsibilities

  • Develop Winning Solution Proposals
  • Work closely with Sales Account Executives and leadership teams to refine solution proposals for external presentations, RFPs, and RFIs. Ensure alignment with cross-functional inputs and secure required approvals
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Leverage deep expertise in CloudFactory’s people & AI powered technology and process-driven solutions to align with high-value client requirements, ensuring a perfect match between needs and capabilities
  • Position CloudFactory as a Trusted Partner
  • Articulate CloudFactory’s solution capabilities and industry know-how effectively, positioning the company as a preferred partner for potential clients
  • Technical Assessment and Integration
  • Evaluate the technical requirements of client engagements, including the use of proprietary, third-party, and client-provided software. Define configuration needs and ensure alignment with IT infrastructure and regulatory requirements
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Client Success and Delivery teams to apply best practices in developing and implementing solution proposals, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Drive Successful Project Outcomes
  • Work with a variety of CloudFactory partners to achieve project objectives, maintaining a high standard of delivery and value creation
  • Recommend Emerging Technologies
  • Identify and advocate for new internal capabilities, external technologies, or strategic partnerships that enhance CloudFactory’s ability to exceed client expectations
  • Present Business-Driven Solutions
  • Clearly communicate the business impact of solution alternatives, ensuring that client proposals align with their strategic goals and deliver measurable value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Possesses strong EQ and CQ, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
  • International work or life experience, with a passion for working across borders and cultures, is highly valued
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the U.S. to support client and project needs
