Summary

Join Regrello, a fast-growing technology company disrupting the manufacturing and supply chain space, as a Sales Engineer. You will be responsible for showcasing Regrello's AI-powered solutions to executive-level customers, translating their needs into effective technology solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering or consulting, and proven ability to build trust with executive audiences. You will develop and deliver compelling presentations, manage technical evaluations, and quantify the business value of Regrello's solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical consulting role within the enterprise software space, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent technical presentation skills, in particular through technology demo’s
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing technical evaluations (POCs)
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain software architecture, integration methods (APIs, etc.), and data flows

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep technical and functional expertise in Regrello’s solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities and integration points
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to executive and technical audiences, clearly articulating the value proposition
  • Effectively address technical questions, navigate complex solution discussions, and overcome objections during the sales process
  • Quantify the potential business value (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) that clients can achieve by adopting Regrello’s solutions
  • Plan, execute, and manage technical Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solution in a client's specific environment
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, training materials, and best practices to enhance the sales team's technical understanding and selling effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in the supply chain and AI space
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation focused on the client’s long-term objectives
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on client interactions and market insights to help shape the future direction of our platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus
  • Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings
