Requirements

• Bring multiple years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager or similar roles
• Understand both the technical and business challenges faced by enterprise customers
• Have experience in successful rollouts and customer support for enterprise customers on a technical and strategic level
• Be proficient in communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining complex technical issues clearly
• Fluency in German and English and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions for enterprise customers to ensure successful implementation of Cosuno's software
• Serve as the technical point of contact for the customer, identifying and overcoming barriers during the introduction of Cosuno's solutions
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and collaborate to maximize the potential of Cosuno's solutions (includes upselling additional products and services)
• Create detailed account maps to identify potential growth areas within the customer and work closely with the sales team to exploit these strategically
• Oversee technical rollouts for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Cosuno's solutions
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer requirements are considered in product development and long-term customer success
