Summary

Join Sprinto, a leading platform automating information security compliance, as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Strategy & Operations. Work directly with the leadership team to solve complex business challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive high-impact initiatives. You will be a strategic problem solver thriving in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between strategy and execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape key business functions and accelerate Sprinto’s growth, serving as a training ground for future tech CXOs. You will lead multiple initiatives, either independently or as a team manager. The role involves tackling high-priority challenges, experimenting and executing new ideas, supporting strategic decisions with data, leading cross-functional projects, offering clear insights, and optimizing processes.

Requirements

  • Either of the following experiences - 1. 4-8 years of total experience in a business role with minimum 2-4 years of top tier consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or AT Kearney. 2. 4-8 years of total experience in a business role , out of which at least 2 years of experience at any global management consulting firm and additionally with a minimum of 2 years in a Chief of Staff or Founder’s Office role at a high-growth Series B+ SaaS startup 3. 4-8 years of total experience in a business role , out of which at least 2 years as a Chief of Staff working directly with the founder in any Unicorn tech startup (SaaS not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity—taking loosely defined problems and turning them into clear execution plans
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Creative problem-solver who can think beyond standard playbooks
  • High bias for action—someone who moves fast, iterates quickly, and gets things done independently, without requiring constant direction
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Tackle High-Priority Challenges: Break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable initiatives and drive high-quality outcomes
  • Experiment & Execute: Generate bold growth ideas, test rapidly, validate findings, and scale successful initiatives
  • Support Strategic Decisions with Data: Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative research, leveraging data modeling when required, to drive evidence-backed leadership decisions
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Own and drive initiatives that impact revenue, efficiency, and scalability across key functions
  • Offer Clear, Logical Insights: Provide quick, mature, and well-reasoned perspectives in high-pressure situations
  • Optimize & Automate: Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and implement automation to enhance business performance
