Summary

RideNow Powersports Boulder is hiring an entry level tech for their store in Las Vegas. The role involves a dual function of builder and mechanic. Applicants should have basic mechanical knowledge, be able to move heavy motorcycles, and possess a clean driving record. Main responsibilities include loading and unloading inventory, assembling vehicles, cleaning up the shop, checking fluids, and performing basic maintenance. Required qualifications are MMI graduation or hands-on experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and team orientation. Preferred qualifications include motorcycle endorsement and previous experience in a powersports dealership.

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes or cars
• Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Clean driving record required
• Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day

Responsibilities

• Load and Unload inventory
• Provide detailed documentation of any shipping damages
• Assemble Powersports vehicles according to the checklist provided by the manufacturer
• Clean up the shop every morning before starting work and after each individual job/build is complete
• Prepare units for delivery
• Check fluids, tire pressure, and adjustments on all bikes
• Perform basic maintenance and oil changes as requested
• Install/Change tires
• Assist with other duties as requested by management and Senior level technicians

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles
• Motorcycle endorsement, desired
