Requirements
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central: You've configured environments, implemented financial modules, and supported business-critical operations
- Technical proficiency across tools: Comfortable with Power Platform, APIs, Power BI, .NET or Python, and integration-focused development
- Proven integration experience: You’ve successfully connected ERP/CRM systems with third-party tools using custom or low-code approaches
- Problem solver with business acumen: You don’t just fix problems rather you understand business needs and design solutions to match
- Hands-on with project setup and reporting: You’ve built time tracking systems and implemented project operations with precision
- Detail-oriented and process-driven: You work with a clear structure, maintain clean documentation, and ensure system consistency
- Collaborative yet independent: You take ownership of your work while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with system complexity: You thrive in environments where multiple platforms, workflows, and stakeholders converge

- 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (especially Business Central)
- Proven ability to configure financial modules and cost tracking workflows
- Strong experience with API integrations and custom workflow development
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems like Jira or NinjaOne
- Strong understanding of time reporting, project operations, and system automation
- Ability to write clear documentation and communicate technical solutions
- Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, accountability, and an outcome-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central: Set up cost codes, configure accounting workflows, and assist the finance team in implementing best practices
- Set up and optimize time reporting: Build systems that accurately track, report, and integrate time entries with project and financial modules
- Deploy project operations module: Set up the project operations environment, input baseline data, and ensure smooth functionality across departments
- Customize Dynamics templates: Modify existing templates in Dynamics as needed to support evolving operational and reporting needs
- Create integrations and automate workflows: Design and implement integrations using APIs and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline processes
- Develop cross-platform integrations: Connect Dynamics 365 with third-party systems like Jira, NinjaOne RMM, and other internal tools
- Work with Power Platform: Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build dashboards, apps, and workflows that support data visibility and decision-making
- Contribute to API and backend development: Use .NET or Python to enhance custom integrations and expand the capabilities of the Dynamics ecosystem
- Manage data reporting and dashboards: Use Power BI and related tools to develop reports that bridge data across systems and teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and development teams to ensure systems meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Programming experience in .NET or Python highly preferred
