Summary
Join MorganFranklin’s NetSuite Practice as an ERP Sales Enablement Associate and contribute to the growth of this leading Enterprise Applications practice. You will work closely with functional and technical experts, business development executives, and Managing Directors to support outbound and inbound business development activities. Responsibilities include supporting prospect identification, opportunity qualification, sales pursuits, and strategic account management. You will also develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, and prepare presentations and proposals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales support experience in a professional services firm, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or other relevant discipline
- At least 3+ years of sales support experience
- Previous experience in a professional services, management consulting or technology firm
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate analysis to meaningful insights as well as present findings and recommendations to small groups
- Experience with account management or customer success models
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint, Excel skills are critical. Experience with Pitchbook, Hoovers, and other business research tools is a plus
- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic and organized
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
Responsibilities
- Support the identification of prospects/leads, qualification of opportunities, execution of sales pursuits, and strategic account management process
- Lead effort to develop a strategy to promote our brand specifically to our core market for ERP implementation and optimization
- Conduct market research to help inform sales strategy for pursuits
- Monitor and report on lead generation from various Marketing activities (SEO/PPC/Digital Ads, Campaigns, Email, Social, Content, Events, etc.) to help prioritize and refine strategy
- Assist in preparation for presentations and proposals for prospects and clients
- Qualify and coordinate response for inbound leads generated by marketing
- Assist in preparation/support of marketing and business development lead generating events
- Conduct research and intelligence gathering on prospective clients and ensure marketing content (website, presentations, proposals) are aligned
- Conduct research and intelligence gathering on the firm’s competitors and contribute to practice strategies around differentiation in the market
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the firm’s services and the competitive landscape
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across business development and client-service team plus Planet Vaco
- Document business development activities and support of sales process in Salesforce CRM
- Propose new ideas for the MorganFranklin team to expand the firm’s relationships with key clients and prospects
- Stay current with news, trends and hot topics our clients care about
- Support delivery teams with package case studies and account expansion activities – strategic account management
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP and other accounting related systems e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream
- Familiarity with Finance, Technology and Business Consulting
- Experience with Salesforce
