Evaluation Processor

Join Solution Tree as a part-time, remote Evaluation Processor! This 24-hour-a-week position supports the professional development team by processing workshop evaluations, utilizing company software, and providing data to customers and presenters. You will manage evaluation links, assist with various department tasks, and collaborate with colleagues. Requirements

High School diploma or enrolled in school

Responsibilities

• Process and organize PD workshop evaluations
• Utilize department software to tabulate all workshop evaluations
• Provide both customer and presenter compiled evaluation data
• Create evaluation links for customers and associates in a timely manner
• Provide online evaluation links to associates
• Assist with department tasks. This can include creating folders, data entry, updating presenter availability information, etc
• Collaborate with other Evaluation Processors and utilize the action list and daily spreadsheets to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person
