Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in event management, incl. international & LATAM experience)
• Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple events
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
• Urgency Mindset: High-energy, self-starter with disciplined execution skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of DuneCon, ensuring alignment with Dune’s goals
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and workstreams from kickoff to post-event wrap-up
• Manage contracts, coordination, and execution across all external partners
• Align internal functions (comms, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
• Support sourcing and coordination of our top Web3 speakers
• Own operational readiness and run-of-show, including registration and post-event analysis. You will ensure seamless execution on the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Crypto-Native Events such as ETHGlobal, NFT NYC, DevCon, or similar
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and Twitter for community building
