Summary

Join a fast-growing international consulting firm as an Event Manager, blending event coordination with commercial engagement. You will execute impactful events, manage logistics and marketing, secure participation from senior finance executives and sponsors, and contribute to sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors and participants. Responsibilities include planning and executing CFO-focused events, managing event logistics and stakeholder communications, assisting in sales outreach, identifying and inviting CFOs and senior finance leaders, conducting outreach through various channels, collaborating with marketing, keeping CRM records updated, and performing post-event follow-ups and analysis. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in B2B sales, event sales, or recruitment, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, event sales, or recruitment, with a preference for commercial sales expertise
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and effectively presenting value propositions
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives and delivering compelling value propositions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and focused on achieving results
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CFO-focused events, ensuring seamless and professional delivery
  • Manage event logistics, materials, and stakeholder communications in partnership with internal teams
  • Assist in sales outreach to BPO providers and solution firms to boost event participation
  • Identify and invite CFOs and senior finance leaders to attend events
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to spark interest and secure attendance
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent and timely messaging and materials
  • Keep CRM records updated for sponsors, delegates, and outreach activities
  • Perform post-event follow-ups and analyze attendee engagement to inform future planning

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the BPO, finance, or professional services sectors is a plus
