Event Marketing Specialist

Summary

The job description is for an Event Marketing Specialist at Keeper Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity company. The position is 100% remote, with an opportunity for hybrid work near the global headquarters in Chicago.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company
• Experience delivering successful small and large-scale events on-site and online
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs
• Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence
• Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience
• Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, channel and demand generation events
• Assist with the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations
• Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials
• Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination
• Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams
• Proactively manage the events list and swag inventory
• Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with channel partner (resellers, distributors) sales teams and executing both to-channel and through-channel events
• Experience working within the cybersecurity industry
• Experience organizing events across the US, EMEA and APAC
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up
• Bilingual in Spanish, French or Japanese
