Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in event planning, customer engagement, brand activation, event management or a related field
- Strong background in designing and implementing operational blueprints
- Ability to manage multiple events and tasks with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in a high-pressure environment
- Innovative thinker with a flair for designing unique and engaging event experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design events aligned with company goals, audience needs, and brand identity
- Develop comprehensive operational blueprints, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee the implementation of events from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site operations
- Design strategies to enhance attendee experience and foster meaningful engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for client or customer inquiries related to events
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product / customer success teams to align event goals with broader business objectives
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients
- Represent Candex professionally in all stakeholder interactions
- Evaluate event success using KPIs, feedback, and metrics
- Create detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements
