Summary

You will coordinate logistics for industry conferences and plan Vetcove's Annual Leadership Summit, including speaker acquisition and on-site management. Additional responsibilities include supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant event planning experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technologies
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • High-level of resourcefulness, confidence, and problem-solving skills
  • An organized and meticulous to work, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A willingness to take on any task or challenge, great or small
  • Personable and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for all industry conferences, in-person meetings, and events
  • Plan, organize, and oversee every aspect of a high-profile summit of C-suite executives for our industry partners, including identifying and securing speakers, coordinating all logistics, curating the event agenda, and ensuring a seamless on-site experience
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team and organization. This can include team member onboarding, team remote events, etc
