Join CleverTap's growing LATAM team as a Marketing Coordinator based in São Paulo for a remote position! You will play a key role in executing the events strategy for the Hispanic market, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include planning and executing events across Mexico City, Bogotá, Argentina, and Chile, managing vendors, contributing to strategy development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing event budgets and logistics. Requirements
- Based in Mexico City (mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing event coordination, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with event vendors and managing logistics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and coordinate CleverTap events in Mexico City and across the Hispanic market (Bogotá, Argentina, Chile), ensuring flawless execution
- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with local vendors and event service providers to ensure successful event logistics and execution
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the event strategy for the Hispanic market, ensuring alignment with regional business goals
- Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the Channels team to drive co-branded events and partnerships across the region
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning, tracking, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of all marketing events
- Logistics & Execution: Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, contracts, promotional materials, and post-event reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, and global marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Travel: Willingness to travel across LATAM (Colombia, Argentina, Chile) to support event execution
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
