Summary

Join our client, a newly set-up crypto exchange platform based in Dubai, as an Event Manager and develop brand event strategy to enhance brand presence in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand event management or related fields, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
  • Proficiency in brand event planning, execution, and management processes, with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and innovation capabilities, able to develop engaging event concepts and themes
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing strategies based on event performance metrics
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand event plans including industry conferences, exhibitions, product launches, online livestreams, and community interaction activities to enhance brand awareness and market penetration
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, content creation, design, and other teams to ensure brand events align with overall company brand strategy and marketing objectives
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of brand events, including creative planning, budgeting, vendor selection, on-site execution, and follow-up, ensuring all events run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes
  • Devise innovative event promotion strategies utilizing social media, email marketing, and partner channels to maximize event coverage and participation
  • Monitor and analyze brand event performance, including participation rates, user feedback, and media exposure; prepare event summary reports and optimize future event planning based on data insights
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and vendors to ensure effective use of event resources and positive brand exposure
  • Identify and manage potential risks in brand events, develop contingency plans, and respond quickly to unexpected situations to maintain brand reputation
