Events Manager

Summary

Join Restaurant365 as an Events Manager and oversee events for the company! As part of the marketing team, you'll plan and organize events, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution. You should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing or event planning, excellent organizational skills, and be willing to travel at least 60%.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
• Experience working with colleagues in design, sales, marketing and communications

Responsibilities

• Identify objectives, requirements, and expectations for events
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
• Ensure all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes are defined
• Manager day-to-day administration of events and programs
• Create and manage event budgets
• Project manage each event, ensuring internal stakeholders understand their responsibilities
• Work with fellow team members to quantify each event's impact and outcome
• Oversee staffing at events and manage onsite event registration
