Requirements

  • 3-7 years of proven experience in end-to-end events management, preferably in a corporate or startup environment
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in designing and executing successful events
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Passionate about fostering employee connection and motivation through both remote and in-person events and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design an annual internal events strategy to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture
  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events and hackathons, ensuring they align with organizational goals and values
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team-based events across the company, providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes
  • Take ownership of the events agenda and logistics, managing all aspects from scheduling to execution
  • Collaborate with partners to source venues and arrange top-tier catering for events, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Manage the events budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact
  • Oversee other key initiatives such as the company's swag program, ensuring they contribute to a positive employee experience
  • Establish success metrics for events and gather feedback to continuously improve future initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to decision-making
