Summary

CoreWeave is seeking a dynamic Marketing Events Manager with at least 5 years of experience to plan and execute events that enhance brand awareness and engage the target audience. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, event execution, and experience management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with CoreWeaveโ€™s marketing goals and objectives
  • Plan and manage a diverse portfolio of events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, product launches, customer appreciation events, and internal company events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals, target audience, and key messages
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, budget management, and timeline development
  • Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup, registration, attendee engagement, and post-event activities
  • Lead event promotion efforts, including creating compelling marketing materials, email campaigns, social media posts, and event landing pages
  • Design and implement unique and engaging event experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees
  • Incorporate innovative technologies and interactive elements to enhance attendee engagement and participation
  • Gather and analyze attendee feedback to continuously improve event experiences
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event messaging and branding with overall marketing campaigns
  • Partner with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure events support business objectives and drive lead generation and customer retention
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for events to measure success and ROI
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports, including analysis of attendee demographics, engagement levels, and feedback
