Requirements

• Experience with event registration systems (e.g. EventsAir)
• Previous experience in the events industry, particularly in registration and customer service
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders
• A friendly and professional interpersonal style with a knack for connecting with people

Responsibilities

• Oversee the registration process, including delegate registration, customer service for both live and virtual events, and managing registration platforms such as EventsAir
• Work closely with Program Directors, Marketing, Partnerships, Editorial, and other internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Provide timely and effective customer service
• Manage on-site registration and check-in
• Produce post-event reports and analyse feedback to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and trends in event registration

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Event Management or a related field (not essential)
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Office Suite
• An interest in business, finance, or politics, with relevant education or training
