Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on virtual events and client engagement
• Cvent Webinar Product Certified
• Proficient in Monday.com for workflow and project management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across platforms like Slack, email, and phone
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth event execution and exceptional experiences
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
• Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of virtual events, including but not limited to the following: Successfully project manage events in monday.com, including managing tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional communications across multiple events at once
• Become a Super User of Cvent Webinar, including building robust event landing pages, registration pages, loading assets and pre-recorded videos, building out the event environment, tracking registrations, and reporting pre- and post-event metrics
• Submit creative asset requests, ensuring clear communication with the Creative team on copy, graphics, and all other essential details
• Create event promotion plans cross-functionally with the Audience Development team
• Develop copy for social media posts, eblasts, newsletters, and other promotional channels and communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of promotions
• Clearly communicate timeline and expectations with clients to achieve a best-in-class experience for both the client and event attendees while building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Frequent communication with clients about project updates
• Lead run-throughs in Cvent Webinar
• Lead Live and Simulive virtual events in Cvent Webinar
• Provide post-event reporting internally and externally to clients
• Video editing and graphics creation might be needed from time to time
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event offerings
