Summary

Join Storable, a company redefining property management for specialty real estate, as an Events Specialist. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and reporting on national and regional events across all Storable business verticals. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, lead management, and reporting. You will support campaign tracking in Salesforce and Hubspot, contribute to event logistics, and assist in campaign building and enablement activities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and in-person event planning and coordination in B2B tech
  • Proficient experience with Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of trade shows and industry conferences across the self-storage, marine, and RV & camping markets
  • Assist in the coordination of event logistics including building registration pages and processes, ordering swag, coordinating collateral, shipping, travel arrangements, and booth materials
  • Manage campaign set-up and tracking in Salesforce and Hubspot, including post-event follow-up and lead reporting
  • Maintain event project timelines, tracking deadlines, action items, and team deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event attendees have the resources they need, including branded materials, enablement assets, and talking points
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and event promotion across channels
  • Track and organize event assets, contracts, invoices, and budget details
  • Assist with capturing event data and performance metrics to inform future strategy and provide post-event insights
  • Host pre-event briefing meetings with state show attendees to set expectations and advise responsibilities at the show and surveys and debriefs to solicit learnings
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed under the direction of the Sr. Event Marketing Manager and Marine and RV & Camping Marketing Managers
  • Assist in planning and execution of Executive Summit; and other owned events
  • Stay up to date on industry events, emerging trends, and opportunities to support pipeline and customer engagement
