Summary

You will manage exam operations, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth exam conduction. Responsibilities include managing exam requests, handling candidate registration, setting schedules, contacting partners, arranging exam materials, monitoring processes, and working effectively within a team. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of administrative/operations experience, and excellent English communication skills. Advanced computer literacy is also necessary. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in administration and/or operations role
  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast- Internal paced, and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and requests regarding exams
  • Collect, check exam applications and handle candidates’ registration
  • Evaluate request for candidates with disabilities
  • Set examination schedule
  • Contact external partners (Invigilators, Supervisors) and assign them specific agreed tasks
  • Arrange and monitor the printing and packaging of the exam material required for the exam date
  • Monitor exams and processes and handle issues that may arise
  • Work effectively in a team environment and liaises with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible result
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
  • Adhere to and implement the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System
  • Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity - Innovation” at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extra languages desired
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
  • ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
