Summary

Join GoDaddy's team as an experienced Executive Administrator to support the Partners Business Unit leaders. This remote position, based in British Columbia or Ontario, requires a highly organized and proactive individual to act as a trusted partner and coordinator for the executive leadership team. You will manage complex administrative tasks, logistics, and act as a key liaison between senior leaders and stakeholders. The role involves calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report processing, meeting coordination, and data management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level business leaders (e.g. Business Presidents and Vice Presidents) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of project management with demonstrated success in planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to synthesize complex ideas and data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Proactive anticipation of executive needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Adept at juggling competing demands in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Executive Administration
  • Calendar Management - Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes. Ensuring alignment with immediate priorities and business objectives
  • Travel & Logistics - Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and troubleshoot travel issues when they arise
  • Administrative Support - Process and track expense reports in a timely manner. Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace. Be a key point-of-contact for the Partners organization
  • Meeting Coordination, Preparation & Follow-Up - Organize and schedule executive meetings, and as requested, ensure all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance. As requested, take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Planning of quarterly social connection events
  • Data Coordination, Reporting & Processing – Centralize team documents and agendas. Support Quarterly All Hands presentation with data, photos, and other items. Additional needs may be requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • SharePoint experience
