Senior Program Manager

Summary
Join AlphaSense's Revenue Operations team as a Program Manager and lead strategic initiatives. You will oversee project coordination, gather requirements, ensure quality, and provide training. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify and solve system and process gaps. Partner with the Enablement team for process and tool adoption, and work closely with Salesforce admins and developers. Deliver projects that scale with a rapidly growing revenue team, and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, expertise in optimizing technology and workflows, and strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization and owning the delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Experience optimizing and rolling out new technology, workflows, and processes within a sales organization
- Has built a business case and gathered requirements across multiple departments (sales, finance, marketing, GTM, or legal)
- Deep understanding of how to assess and set targets or KPIs for a specific business case
- Experience with ideation; ideally working directly with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into tangible solutions
- Sets specific timelines and knows how to align resources to delivering against those timelines
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience delivering change within Salesforce and working with tools which are integrated with Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of key strategic initiatives within the revenue organization
- Oversee all aspects of project coordination including timeline, requirements gathering, UAT, quality, and training
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into specific deliverables
- Proactively identify gaps within our internal systems and processes; working with finance, legal, and sales to align how to best solve
- Partner with our Enablement team in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools
- Oversee all stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving. Ensuring sales, finance, and legal are aligned on collective outcomes
- Work closely with our Salesforce admins and developers to ensure we have resources to deliver against our timeline and objectives, highlighting potentially areas of conflict or delays
Preferred Qualifications
Nice to have experience launching large-scale initiatives in a startup environment
