Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a C level executive
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- No task is too small mentality
- Proactive calendar management skills with a keen eye for efficiency
- Experience coordinating executive calendars using Google Calendar and working with internal and external stakeholders around the world
- Strong problem solving skills and demonstrates sound judgment
- Confident in using technology such as Slack, Zoom, and Gsuite
- Growth mindset and are a continuous learner - curious by nature
- Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Very organized with strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Support our Chief Executive Officer on all administrative tasks
- Responsible for scheduling internal/external meetings, inbox management, booking travel, expenses, calendar management, etc
- Administrative support for other executive team members, when needed
- Events Coordination- Corporate events, leadership team off-site meetings, and travel itineraries
- Organize, manage, and run company All Hands meetings + GTM Weekly meetings
- Record and actively note take/action company level events from CEO and Senior Leadership Team and share/collaborate with appropriate stakeholders
- Assist the CFO in QBR preparation, scheduling, and coordination
- Board of Directors meeting coordination
- Analyze procedural problems and implement process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a start-up environment is recommended
- Active and positive communicator across mediums, working in a remote role is a plus
- First-hand experience of SaaS and enterprise software start-ups
