Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and busy schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are flawlessly organised
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling all communication promptly and professionally
  • Oversee administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, expenses, and keeping systems updated
  • Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining records, and providing HR support as needed
  • Process invoices, track finances, and liaise with accounting to ensure accurate financial management
  • Participate in various business projects and support with key tasks across the CEO’s ventures
  • Stay ahead of the game, anticipating the CEO’s needs and proactively solving problems
