Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and busy schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are flawlessly organised
- Act as the first point of contact, handling all communication promptly and professionally
- Oversee administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, expenses, and keeping systems updated
- Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining records, and providing HR support as needed
- Process invoices, track finances, and liaise with accounting to ensure accurate financial management
- Participate in various business projects and support with key tasks across the CEOβs ventures
- Stay ahead of the game, anticipating the CEOβs needs and proactively solving problems
