Summary

Join Coastline Equity as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Property Manager and play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of properties. This position requires an organized, proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. You will provide critical support to the Senior Property Manager, ensuring efficient operations and effective project execution. Responsibilities include managing tenant and vendor relations, overseeing the property portfolio, and managing projects and workflows. This remote opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic team and directly impact company success and tenant satisfaction. Only applicants from Mexico will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication and exceptional customer service
  • Assist the Senior Property Manager in managing the portfolio holistically, ensuring all properties meet company and client standards
  • Help prioritize, track, and complete major projects, ensure inspections our on schedule, while adhering to company deadlines
  • Monitor project progress, track work orders, and ensure timely closure of all tasks
  • Manage the Senior Property Managerโ€™s calendar, scheduling meetings, inspections, and other key activities
  • Ensure delinquency calls, reports, and routine audits are completed, and communication flows seamlessly across teams
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance and completion, identifying and addressing any gaps proactively
  • Actively support the Senior Property Manager in reviewing portfolio-wide performance and implementing continuous improvements
  • Utilize the AppFolio platform for property management tasks, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day duties
