Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment (healthcare or tech experience is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively
- The ability to work independently, solving problems and driving initiatives forward in a dynamic environment
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a rapidly changing startup culture
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Revenue Leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as a liaison between the Revenue Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders, prioritizing meetings and preparing correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in planning and executing strategic projects, such as cross-functional team meetings, event planning, executive presentations, and support of ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
