Summary

Join The Licursi Group as an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in streamlining operations and managing various tasks. You will manage emails, track projects in Asana, coordinate shipping, conduct research for PR initiatives, and identify areas for delegation. This full-time, remote role requires proficiency in Excel, Asana, and Google Workspace, along with experience in project management and social media influencer research. The ideal candidate possesses excellent time management skills and experience with PR and affiliate outreach. The position offers a competitive salary, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Requirements

• Be proficient in Excel, Asana, and Google/Gmail
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Have experience with project management software
• Have experience researching influencers on social media (TikTok and Instagram)
• Have experience with PR initiatives and affiliate outreach

Responsibilities

• Manage emails and ensure timely responses
• Track projects and deadlines in Asana
• Coordinate logistics for product samples
• Assist with PR initiatives, social media research, and affiliate outreach
• Identify areas for delegation and suggest improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess client-facing communication skills
• Have writing experience
• Have knowledge of QuickBooks
• Have experience with YouTube assignments
