Summary

  • Effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Attend all CEO calls, providing real-time support and ensuring seamless communication
  • Document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups with meticulous call notes
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs during calls and respond swiftly and accurately
  • Track and manage all CEO action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Prioritize and organize tasks, proactively identifying deadlines and potential roadblocks
  • Maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting the status of ongoing projects
  • Draft and manage all CEO correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports
  • Manage and curate the CEO's LinkedIn presence, including responding to messages and drafting posts
  • Ensure all communication maintains a professional tone and adheres to high U.S. English standards
  • Maintain and oversee the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently, ensuring optimal time management
  • Provide timely reminders and updates for upcoming appointments and deadlines
