Summary

Join Sterlington, an international law firm, as a full-time independent contractor Executive Assistant providing first-class support to a senior executive. You will manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communications, ensuring smooth operations. The role requires strong administrative skills, experience in a professional environment (law firm experience preferred), and proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate with team members globally, handle confidential information, and support various projects. Compensation is based on experience and location. This remote position is not open to recruiting agencies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
  • Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
  • Experience of working within a remote environment
  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
  • Excellent organizational / project management skills
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems
  • Support with a range of administration-focused projects
  • Any other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

Law firm or Professional Services experience desirable
