Summary
Join Unqork, a company building AI-powered applications for enterprises, as an Insurance Sales Director. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, developing and implementing customized account strategies, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the Unqork platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create a positive client experience and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to insurance industry clients
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Retirement, etc.), its value chain, and the unique challenges it faces
- Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion
- Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platformβs features, and communicate the impact effectively
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services
- Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
