Requirements
- Extensive experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the finance sector
- A proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of executive recruitment experience, with a focus on finance-related roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry to identify the best talent for our clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Leverage various sourcing methods to find and attract high-caliber executive candidates
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and client satisfaction
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement
